Payment Information
I accept PayPal only. Note: you can pay through PayPal with a credit card without creating an account.
Please pay for your purchase within 3 DAYS of checkout or I will have to cancel your order. Immediate or same-day PayPal payments are very much appreciated.

Shipping Information
I ship USPS first class. If you'd rather have priority or some other method of shipping, please contact me for a quote. Also, I ship domestic orders with delivery confirmation unless you request otherwise.
NOTE: I will ship to the address on your Paypal account. If you'd like me to ship to a different address then please let me know in a message with your order.
I use recycled bubble wrap and paper as often as possible!
I make post office runs Monday through Friday. I will ship your purchase within 2 business days of payment.
The buyer is responsible for paying any taxes and/or customs fees on their items. Please be familiar with your country's laws about customs & taxes before purchasing.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
A happy customer makes for a happy me! I work hard to make my products with the best quality in mind, but if for some reason you are unhappy with the product you receive, let me know before you leave me feedback and within 7 DAYS of purchasing.
My photos are NOT to scale, I give measurements accurately in all my listings. Natural stones may have some inclusions but any major cracks or chips will be mentioned in the listing. The colors you see in my photos may vary slightly from real life due to differences in color settings between computer monitors.
If your package unfortunately gets lost or damaged in the mail, I will gladly send you a replacement free of charge. If the item was one of a kind and cannot be replaced, I will offer you a refund (via PayPal) or store credit, once you send it back to me in the condition you received it in. You are responsible for paying the shipping on returned items unless I am at fault (mistakes in shipping, faulty items). I can only refund the amount of the item, initial shipping costs are not included.
