Paypal~ To pay by PayPal is the simplest and fastest way to get your order. You must simply select the PayPal option and you will be able to log in to your account and send a payment using your bank account or credit card if you prefer.

Google Checkout~ If you wish to pay by Google Checkout which also allows you to use your personal credit card, then simply select the 'other' option and I will generate an invoice through Google Checkout and email it to you. Please make sure that your email address is provided in the notes or I cannot send an invoice.

Check or Money Order~ Please select this method if you plan to pick up your order. (Local Pick Up only) Also I will accept a check or money order through the mail. Once your checked has been received and deposited your order will be shipped.


 

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Usually sooner) via US Post Office and you will get a refund if overcharged for combined shipping for more than one item.

At Natural Grace we believe strongly in our products and their quality and we guarantee your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, you may return the product for either an exchange or a refund.

You may return by mail for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase if you include your original receipt and a detailed explanation as to why you are returning the item. If you purchased a product as part of a gift set, the entire gift set must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase to receive a refund.

We do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges for Natural Grace Clearance Items, discontinued items, or items purchased through unauthorized resellers or online auctions. Prepackaged gifts and kits are assembled individually and may vary slightly.

Natural Grace reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.

Natural Grace reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or items that may not have been purchased within the last year.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable.

Please include the following information with your return: indicate whether you want a refund (only if original receipt is included and the product was purchased within the last 30 days) or replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, its price and how it was purchased.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard US Post Office shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time your exchange request is received at our location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Damaged Items or Our Error:

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please send an email to naturalgrace [!at] twcny.rr.com.

Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

If you are returning the product because we made an error, please email us at naturalgrace [!at] twcny.rr.com. We will promptly ship the correct item to you and cover the cost of return shipping.
