I often use recycled materials for shipping--boxes, bubble wrap, cardboard, etc. Just think it is better that way.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
I offer a refund or exchange if an unused item is defective. I must be notified within 1 week of customer receiving item, and the item MUST be returned to me in the original, unused condition. After I receive the item back, then I will refund or replace the item.
