Shipping Information
First Class USPS unless other arrangements are made.
Delivery confirmation is included with shipping to US orders. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages after USPS has confirmed it was delivered. Please note that for delivery confirmation in the US, the postal service requires the package to be a certain height. To meet their requirement, your package most likely will contain a few packing peanuts.
International buyers welcome, but please don't ask us to mark "gift" on the customs form.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange a collar/leash/toy, please contact us by email/convo within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Items for return or exchange must be received within 21 days of the original delivery date. If you desire an exchange for a different size or style of collar/leash, please follow the above instructions. We will refund your original purchase and you may place a new order for the desired item.
Custom orders/id tags will be exchanged on a case by case basis. You are responsible for typing in the correct information for the text on the id tag. Custom ID tags are made upon order. Please make sure to send us your custom details (pets name, phone number, etc) that you would like printed on the tag. Our tags are not engraved. They are made from a special process that places the ink directly into the tag. The end result is a smooth tag and the printing will not wash off. All computer monitors vary in color and because these tags are handmade, image placement may vary slightly.

Additional Information
We welcome wholesale and consignment requests. Because we are a company owned by our rescue dogs and cats and are dedicated to animal rescue agencies, we will NOT sell to typical pet stores where dogs and cats are sold for profit (pet stores that work only with rescue organizations are exempt and welcome to apply).
