Payment Information

PaymentPayments are accepted via PayPal. You can make a payment using PayPal, regardless as to whether you have an account with them or not.

PayPal is a safe, secure and easy method for both the buyer and seller to use. If you would like more information on how this service works, please visit www.PayPal.com.

Even without a PayPal account, you can still make a one time payment thru them with a major credit card. Once you click on the “buy” button, you will be redirected to PayPal to start the checkout process.

Shipping Information

Once the payment clears PayPal, I will ship the item within 2-3 days of your purchase. I will make every effort to ship even sooner, if possible. If your payment doesn't clear within 3 days, I will assume you changed your mind and re-list that item for sale.

Shipping within the US:

Purchases are shipped either USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail, with Delivery Confirmation included at no extra charge. I will email you with the confirmation number, so both you and I will have a record of when the package is delivered.

Priority Mail is usually delivered anywhere in the US within 2-4 days, and First Class mail within 2-5 days. However, if you need expedited shipping or wish to purchase insurance, please contact me prior to checking out, so I can adjust the invoice to reflect your personal preferences.

Insurance is highly recommended for orders over $100. I have had good results with the USPS, but please understand that I cannot assume responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed items once they leave my hands. I also ask that you please confirm your shipping address with PayPal, so I can be covered under their policy.

Shipping outside the US:

The shipping charges that are listed are for standard international shipping, which to some countries, it could take up to 2 weeks to receive your package. However, if you need expedited shipping or wish to purchase insurance, please contact me prior to checking out, so I can adjust the invoice to reflect your personal preferences.

International buyers will be responsible for any customs, taxes and fees that may apply to their specific country.

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges

My hope is that you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase. In the event that you are not, I will gladly refund 100% of the original purchase price, minus any original shipping / insurance costs. All refunds/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of your package (by delivery confirmation date).

Once the item is received in its original condition, I will gladly issue your refund. Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and sent back at the buyer’s expense. Please take care in packaging the items for return. Please pack the item in the original box it was sent in, or any other sturdy box. I will not be able to refund an item that comes back damaged. It is also a good idea for you to insure the returned item. Please notify me if you are returning an item, so I will know to expect it.
