I ship non-custom orders within 48 hours.  Custom orders will be shipped within 48 hours of you approving the work.

Jewelry: I want you to love your jewelry! Please contact me immediately if you're unhappy with your purchase. If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact me and send it back for a full refund. I honor refunds & exchanges within 7 days of you receiving the item. Dog Tags & Charms: For custom orders, I can't offer refunds or exchanges. Please understand that I cannot resell something made specifically for your pet. You will be consulted throughout the custom process to assure that you're getting what you want. I want you to love your tag as much as I love making it. When the order is finished, you will receive pictures to approve before I ship it to you. For other tag orders, I will honor refunds and exchanges within 7 days of you receiving the item.

Important notes: I recommend wiping down your jewelry each time, after you wear it. Use a soft, clean and untreated cloth. Natural and Cultured Pearls: Pearls need a little extra special care. Store them in a jewelry pouch, to keep them from rubbing against other jewelry and getting scratched. Pearls need a little moisture to prevent them from become too dry or even brittle, so I don't recommend plastic bags for storage. I do recommend wiping them down with a soft cloth after wearing, to help them keep their luster. Use special care in cleaning pearls. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or steamers. You can find pearl specific cleansers and cloths. Imitation turquoise is made up of manmade materials such as glass, plastic, or ceramic. They're made to resemble the appearance of gemstones but do not duplicate the characteristic properties of natural gemstones. *I list any and all enhancements, if known, in parentheses. Here's what they mean: "Natural" means that there are no known enhancements to this stone. "Dyed" means that a coloring matter has been used to give it a new color, intensify the present color or even improve the color uniformity. "Manmade" means that this stone has been made with fabricated products. "Heat treated" means that heat has been used to effect the desired alteration of color, clarity/phenomena.
