• We only accept payments from PayPal at this time (US and International). Please get in touch if you would like to request a different payment method.

• Please note that you don’t have to have a PayPal account to purchase. Major credit cards can be used and are processed through PayPal.

• PayPal Bill Me Later is also available and subject to credit approval.

• We are required by law to collect sales tax in the following state: California.
The current tax rate is 7.250%. During the last step of checkout process, PayPal will calculate the appropriate amount and automatically add that to your total.

• Full payment is due at the time of purchase. If payment is not received at the time of purchase, We reserve the right to cancel the sale and return the item(s) to inventory unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Items are protected in either clear cellophane sleeve or wrapped in a tissue paper. Mailed in a rigid or bubble padded mailer to ensure arriving to you in perfect condition.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• For our U.S. customers, we ship via USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority mail. We use delivery confirmation on all our shipments so you can track their journey and know when to expect your goodies. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. If you need your item(s) fast, upgrade to Express mail next day delivery for $20.

NOTE: USPS postal rates have increased as of 1-22-2012.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• For our International customers… we ship first class parcel which has no tracking or insurance. Understand that this can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month depending on your country's import system. Packages may occasionally be delayed in transit, especially during holidays or if the postal service is experiencing high volumes.

• Buyer is responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Your package may be officially opened at the customs for inspection.

• We wont be responsible for lost or stolen packages, If you would like insurance or other shipping services such as registered mail, please get in touch for more details.

• If for any reason your CraftIsArt mailing address does not match your PayPal address, Please leave a note upon checking out or contact us to avoid any confusion and delays in processing your order. Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will only be resent at the customer's expense.

• The shipping price you pay also include a small handling fee.

• We will ship within 48 to 72 hours (unless it's a made-to-order or custom item) after receiving cleared payment and obtaining all the correct shipping information if necessary.

Returns should be made within 3 days of when the purchase is received. Shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer and refund of the purchase price less any shipping will be made promptly via PayPal once the item has been received by us. Please contact us right away if you have any refund or exchange issues. They will be handled on a case by case basis.

If there's a problem with your order such as damaged item(s) or lost, please contact us right away to review your situation. In most cases a full refund or replacement will be issued -- We want all customers to be happy! :)

• All paper goodies are made with 100% acid and lignin free material. They are handmade by Caroline in a smoke free home. Everything is hand-cut and assembled with care.

• All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. We do our best to accurately represent each product. However, colors will vary from monitor to monitor depending on calibration so there may be very slight variations.

• Please check all item descriptions carefully before purchasing them. We try to give you as much details as possible. Please contact us if you have questions.

• To save paper and trees, a paper invoice/receipt will **not** be included. However, you may always print a copy from your CraftIsArt purchases page or PayPal transaction details. If for any reason you are unable to print and would like a copy, please send a request immediately and We'll be happy to include one for you. For our International buyers, a paper invoice/receipt is always INCLUDED.
