Payment Information
I accept Paypal, but I'm afraid that's all I can accept. I cannot ship an item until I have received confirmation of payment, but if you are interested in purchasing something but time is needed before a full payment can be made, please contact me to work something out.
Shipping Information
Everything purchased will be shipped via registered post with a tracking number. I keep postage to a minimum by recycling padded envelopes but your handwoven purchase will be perfectly wrapped just for you.
If you prefer a different method of shipping (Fedex, UPS etc), please let me know either before the purchase or IMMEDIATELY afterwards.
I try to ship out everything within 48 hours - at the latest - of receiving a payment. If I'm on holidays or unavailable, I'll make this clear on my shop.
I'll ship anywhere in the world; Free postage within Spain; Postage within the EU 15 at reduced rate - Rest of the world - as cheap as I can make it while still shipping securely!

Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
RETURNS - Everyone buys things online that don't turn out to be exactly what they'd thought it was, and for that reason I'm happy to accept returned items or exchange them.
Returned items should be returned within 7 days of receipt.
A returned item MUST be returned in the condition in which it was received, with the full label and wax seal intact and attached to the woven item, it's proof that it has not been used; you will have to pay to ship the item back to me, and shipping costs will not be returned.

I'm more than happy to receive custom orders, provided the dimensions of my loom can accommodate it! Please feel free to contact me (via email or convo) to discuss whatever beautiful handwoven thingie you've been thinking of.
