Payment Information

Shipping Information
•Item(s) will be shipped 2-4 days after payment has cleared. A message will be sent letting you know that it has been shipped (along with the confirmation number, if you're in the US).
•All items are shipped through The United States Postal Service.
•Items are shipped Monday through Friday.
•If Craftisart and PayPal show two different addresses, I will always ship to the Craftisart address. If you wish to have your item shipped to a different address (for example, if you wanted to send it as a gift) simply add the shipping information in the message to seller box or send me a message.
I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.
•I do offer international shipping.
Please keep in mind that customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.
International customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I cannot be responsible for any additional shipping fees and cannot reimburse you for any fees incurred.

Everything in my shop comes with a lifetime guarantee. If for any reason your item is broken or scratched, I'll fix it, free of charge. Bracelets and anklets may also be made longer or shorter (up to 3 inches) free of charge (unless stated otherwise in the listing). Prefer a different style of clasp? (For example, a lobster clasp over a toggle) No problem! All clasps are easily swapped out, also free of charge. All I ask is that you pay to ship the item to me and I will pay to ship it back to you.
*When shipping your item to me, I recommend using a method that can be tracked/insured. I cannot be responsible for lost packages.

I love custom orders! Pretty much anything you see in my shop can be customized to your specifications. Things to keep in mind when thinking of a custom order are:
â—‹ Weave
In many listings, I add what weave was used when making the item. You can add this or simply link me to the listing you want your item to look like.
â—‹ Material
I use many different materials when creating my items, such as aluminum, anodized aluminum, niobium, brass, bronze, copper, enameled copper, sterling silver, and 14k gold fill. If you have any questions about any of the materials ( For example, Is it hypo-allergenic? Is it heavy? What colors does it come in?) send me a message and I'll be happy to answer them!
â—‹ Color
Some of the materials I use come in many colors, so options are practically endless! You can choose as many colors as you'd like. Some materials have more colors than others so if you're looking for a certain color, let me know.
â—‹ Clasp
There are many clasp choices. You will mostly find toggle clasps and lobster clasps in my shop, but even these two choices come with many options. If you'd like a certain color clasp or shape let me know and I can tell you what is available. Some of the things you will find in my shop are made using stretchy rings, meaning no clasp is needed at all!
â—‹ Length
Is your item going to be a necklace, bracelet, an anklet, or maybe a wallet chain? Maybe you want a pair of earrings or a keychain? In most cases any length is available. If you aren't sure, send me a message and I can help! :]
On all custom orders, I require a nonrefundable 50% of the final cost (excluding shipping) be paid before I begin work. Once payment has cleared I will begin work.
In most cases your item will be finished with 2-3 days, however in other cases materials may have to be ordered, thus making the wait a bit longer. In this case, I will keep you updated on the delivery of the items and will let you know when I begin work. I will always let you know when supplies need to be special ordered before any payment is made.
Once the item is completed, I will list the item for the remaining 50% of the cost and shipping and you can purchase it like any other listing. The listing will include pictures of the finished product along with details discussed (length, material, etc.) when deciding on the final product to ensure every specification has been met. Once payment has cleared, your own custom piece will be shipped to you!
