Payment Information
Payment is expected within three days of sale unless you contact me. Communication is critical, so do not ever hesitate to contact me. I accept PayPal and money orders. Personal checks will be considered, but your shipment will be delayed until the payment clears.
Shipping Information
I ship First Class worldwide. Usually within 24 items, no longer than 36 hours upon cleared payment. I have sold many handmade jewelry items, and quick shipping is a top priority. If unforeseen circumstances extend this shipping time, I will contact you immediately. I strive to keep my shipping costs as low as possible. I will always use bubble wrap, but may also ship in gift boxes to protect your item. I want your item to arrive in perfect condition, and a few more cents guarantees that the postal service will not run your package through a machine.
Refunds, Warranties and Exchanges
Please contact me immediately. While I do try to describe the item in depth, there is a chance that it does not meet your expectations. If so, just let me know! Negative or even neutral feedback is not necessary. I will give you a full refund (less shipping) for items returned in new, unused condition within 7 days of receipt. You can always contact me with any issues. Communication is key!
