I have questions about the order I just placed.
For questions about recently placed orders please contact your seller directly by clicking on Contact Seller on your email receipt, a contact form will be available to establish communication with them.
If you do not receive a response from the seller, before contacting us, please read the seller's Shop Announcement and their Store Policies to see if there are any expected delays due to vacations, personal situations, etc.
It is also frequent that sellers communicate with buyers directly via email, please check your email inbox and in some cases your "Junk/Bulk" email folder(s) for any correspondence from your seller.
Contact us if you still have not received a response, we will try to contact the seller ourselves to determine the causes of the lack of communication.
