The bulk editor allows you to modify multiple items in multiple areas at the same time. For instance, you may want to put an entire category of items "On Sale" offering 25% off but also want to increase the availability for all of those items, then you use the "Pricing" action panel and the "Stock" action panel for that task. Additionally, you can take advantage of the "Grid Mode" the bulk editor was built in to arrange your items (drag and drop) properly and easier than the regular list mode.

The bulk editor currently works with Active items only.

Pricing

The Pricing action panel allows you to increase, decrease and set a fixed price of multiple items at the same time.  You can increase or decrease the price of your selected items by percentage or by amount.

Increase or Decrease Price

• By Percentage.
   Use this option (%) if you want to increase or decrease the price of your selected items by a percentage margin. i.e. You want to increase your prices by 40%, then select "Increase By" the enter 40 and select "%" from the last drop down menu.
   
• By Amount.
  Use this option ($) if you want to increase or decrease the price of your selected items by a certain amount. i.e. You want to decrease your prices by $2.00, then select "Decrease By" the enter 2 and select "$" from the last drop down menu.

Set a Fixed Price
Use this option is you want to change the price of your selected items to a new one.

IMPORTANT!: If any of the selected items are "On Sale" the "On Sale" price will be modified accordingly based on the changes made to the regular price.

Special (On Sale) Price

This option allows you to put your items On Sale with a reduced (special) price. It also allows you to remove the On Sale price from items that are currently On Sale.

• Enable
  To put your items On Sale you have two options:
  1. Off Regular Price (by Percentage or by Amount).
     Use this option to add a sale (special) reduced price to your items based on their regular price. You can choose to deduct a percentage or an amount off the regular price and use that as the sale price.
      
  2. Set a Fixed Price
     Use this option to set a fixed sale (special) reduced price to your items.
      
• Disable
  Disable the sale price on selected items.

Stock/Item Variations

This action panel allows you to quickly modify the availabilty of your items.

• In Stock. If your items do not use any variations then you can simply use the "In Stock" field to modify the quantity available for each one of your selected items.
• Use Variations. If you want to add a group of variations to your selected items use this option, then enter the Variation Group Name and the corresponding information for each variation (Name and Availability [stock]).
• Remove Variations. If your selected items have a group of variations and you want to remove it, use this option. Your items will have an "In Stock" value of 1 after the removal of the variations group.

Categories

Use this option to change the main categories of your selected items. Select one top level category and up to 3 subcategories.

My Store Category

Use this option to add (or change) your items to a category from your store.

Search Filters

Add the proper search filters to your items. You can select only two.

AIR (Automatic Item Renewal)

Use this option to enable or disable the Auto-Renewal feature on your selected items.

Related Items (Auto-Mode only)

Use this option to enable or disable the "Related Items" feature on your selected items.

• Enable. Select which phrase you would like to use. Auto-Mode will be enabled by default.
• Disable. Remove this feature from your selected items.
