How do I import my items from Artfire.com?
To import your items from Artfire.com:
- Go to My Store > Item Importer and select "Artfire.com" from the venues drop down.
- Enter your shop name from Artfire (username) and click on "Get My Items"
- If you have not created a spreadsheet from Artfire you will be prompted to create one (refer to the bottom of this section to know more about "Creating an Artfire spreadsheet")
- Select the items you want to import and click on "Import Items" at the top
CREATING AN ARTFIRE SPREADSHEET
Our item importer works based on a CSV (comma separated values) file, therefore we have to first generate the CSV file for you by retrieving your items from your Artfire's shop and saving them into the CSV file.
To create or update the current spreadsheet:
- Select "Arftire.com" from the venues drop down.
- You can create the spreadsheet by either clicking on "Get My Items" and be prompted to create one or by clicking on "Generate" on the right hand side (enter your shop name/username from Artfire first).
- If you have not added the security code provided by us to please go ahead and add it to the "Item Name" field of any (ONLY ONE) of your items on Artfire, you can remove it once it has been verified here.
- Click on "Generate Spreadsheet". This process may take several minutes, so please be patient.
