How do I import my feedback from other marketplaces?
You can now Import/Update your feedback from the marketplace you are importing your items from. Simply import an item and check the box "Import/Update Feedback", your feedback will be imported and added to your account automatically.
Our feedback system is based on a 1 - 5 scale, being 5 an excellent transaction, our system will convert the standard feedback values from other marketplaces (percentage) to our values accordingly.
The feedback entries are not imported, only your rating values (count and positive percentage).
This option is only available with the Item Importer (Etsy).
